YUKI SATO

The mark consists of the front and back of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle where the bottle features inward sloping sides and etchings on the sides, front and back. On the front of the bottle is a downward pointing etched chevron with a sharp point positioned on the upper half of the bottle. Above the chevron is a heraldic shield with a closed crown on the top and two stylized wolves on the front of the shield. On the back of the bottle is an upward pointing etched chevron with a sharp point positioned towards the top of the bottle and on the lower half of the bottle appears a sixteen point compass rose with the letter "N" at the top, "E" to the right, "S" to the bottom and "W" to the left. The left and right ends of both of the chevron designs connect to two gently curving vertical etched lines on either side of the bottle, the lines run up and down the sloping sides of the bottle with an angled point at the top and a curved point at the bottom. The broken lines depicting the bottle cap and shape of the bottle indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.

The English translation of "santa maria" in the mark is "saint mary".

The mark consists of a shaded gray square inside of which appears the face of a Japanese man with a gray and orange face, and black eyes, eyebrows, and hair. Yellow Japanese characters appear above the man's head and below his nose. To the right of the design appears the wording "JAPANESE WHISKY" in small stylized black letters positioned horizontally and the word "NOBUSHI" in bigger and prominent stylized capital black letters positioned sideways and appearing horizontally from top to bottom. The color white represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.

The mark consists of a black background with an abstract gray design and a red square over it. Inside the red square appears four black lines forming a square figure with an horizontal black line in the middle forming two rectangular forms. Inside the upper rectangle appears the word "ENSO" in black stylized letters with a small black horizontal line over the letter "O". At the lower rectangle appears three japanese characters in black stylized letters. Below the red square appears the wording "JAPANESE WHISKY" in white stylized letters.

The non-Latin characters in the mark transliterate to "KENSEI" and this means "master swordsman" in English.

The mark consists of distinctive etchings applied to the front and back of the configuration of a bottle with a reduced neck and sloping sides. The front etching is of a crowned coat of arms containing two rampant wolves above a V-shape line; the back etching is an inverse V-shape line at the top and a compass rose at the bottom. The shape of the bottle in dotted lines is not claimed as part of the mark and it is used to show the positioning of the elements of the mark.
